提出了以梁单元对车架进行建模及分析优化的方法,并以某125摩托车车架为例进行应用分析。根据车架各管件实际结构尺寸,以梁单元建立了摩托车车架的有限元模型。通过梁单元模型的计算模态与实体车架的实验模态对比,验证了以梁单元建立有限元模型的正确性与高效性。通过定义梁单元截面尺寸,以各管件的内径为设计变量,以提高第1阶模态频率为目标,对梁单元模型进行了灵敏度分析和尺寸优化,显著改善了车架的结构性能。表明了以梁单元模拟车架进行分析及优化的准确性与可行性。
The method of modeling and analyzing and optimizing the frame with beam elements is put forward. The application analysis of a 125 motorcycle frame is given. According to the actual frame size of the pipe fittings, the finite element model of the motorcycle frame is established with the beam element. The correctness and high efficiency of the finite element model established by beam element are verified by comparing the calculated modal of beam element model with that of solid frame. By defining the beam cross-section size and taking the inner diameter of each pipe as the design variable, the sensitivity and size optimization of the beam element model are improved to improve the first-order modal frequency. The structural performance of the frame is significantly improved. It shows the accuracy and feasibility of analyzing and optimizing the frame with beam elements.
