2012年,中国大唐集团公司人才开发工作坚持科学人才观,认真贯彻中央人才优先发展“24字”指导方针,并以满足“两项根本任务”对人才素质能力的总需求为目标,着力通过研究制定实施《“十二五”人才发展规划》、落实规划任务分工方案和执行重点关键人才培养项目计划,人才开发工作取得一批阶段性新成果,培养了一大批各类优秀人才,促进了三支人才队伍建设和“管理提升年”目标任务的实现。
