在新的时代背景下,各行各业都需要动手能力强,同时兼具文化素养的高端技能型人才,但是很多高职院校培养目标与本科院校没有明显差别,人才就业的竞争力非常薄弱,导致人们对高职院校的印象非常差,不愿选择高职院校就读,这就是高职院校招生就业恶性循环的根本原因。笔者通过师资队伍建设、专业设置需要具备针对性、校企合作具备长远性等几个方面,通过提高县域高职特色服务地方经济的几种潜在因素进行分析,力求打造特色高职特色服务体系。
