本文通过CBN-F400J高压齿轮泵的实例,介绍了在高压齿轮泵上采用动静压混合轴承的设计,计算基本方法和步骤。并指出,在高压齿轮泵上采用所推荐的动静压混合轴承代替通常的滑动轴承,允许在不改变材料和主要结构尺寸,造价的前提下,使泵的压力和转速升级。
In this paper, the CBN-F400J high-pressure gear pump example, introduced the use of high-pressure gear pump hybrid design and calculation of the basic methods and steps. It was also pointed out that the use of the recommended hydrostatic hybrid bearings on high-pressure gear pumps instead of the usual plain bearings allowed the pressure and speed of the pump to be upgraded without changing the material and the size of the main structure, at a cost.
