目的:对圆锥绣球茎枝水提取物进行化学成分研究。方法:利用各种色谱方法进行化学成分分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为茵芋苷(1),isotachioside(2),8-甲氧基香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),6-甲氧基香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(东莨菪苷,4),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚-1-O-6-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),伞形花内酯-7-O-β-D-芹菜糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),伞形花内酯(7),6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素(东莨菪素,8)和7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(9)。结论:1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of aqueous extract from cone stem hydrangea. Methods: The chemical constituents were separated by various chromatographic methods, and the structures of the compounds were identified according to the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as: (1), isotachioside (2), 8-methoxycoumarin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Coumarin, 4), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-6-α-L-rhamnosyl- 1 → 6) -O-β-D-glucoside (5), Uveralone -7-O-β-D-apigenin- (1 → 6) -O-β-D-glucoside 6), umbelliferone (7), 6-methoxy-7-hydroxycoumarin (scopolamine, 8) and 7-hydroxy-8-methoxycoumarin (9). Conclusion: 1-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
