1 前言人们对提高船用柴油机的可靠性及可维修性的要求愈来愈强烈,尤其是为了提高燃烧效率及燃用劣质油,强烈要求进一步提高排气阀的耐久性。影响排气阀耐久性的因素有触火面的耐蚀性、颈部疲劳强度等等。气阀座部窜气对维修是个问题。
1 Introduction There is an increasing demand for improving the reliability and maintainability of marine diesel engines. In particular, it is strongly required to further improve the durability of the exhaust valves in order to improve the combustion efficiency and burn low quality oil. Factors that affect the durability of the exhaust valve corrosion resistance of the fire surface, the neck fatigue strength and so on. Valve seat blow-by gas is a problem for maintenance.
