目的 探讨改良式FRⅢ型功能矫治器对替牙期AngleⅢ类错的临床矫治效果。方法 使用改良式FRⅢ型功能矫治器对 5 4例替牙期AngleⅢ类错患者进行矫治 ,对其治疗前后的上颌模型牙弓长度、宽度、弧形长度进行分析评判。结果 矫治后上颌牙弓前段长度、中段宽度、弧形长度较治疗前明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,反解除 ,覆、覆盖关系正常。结论 改良式FRⅢ型功能矫治器对替牙期AngleⅢ类错畸形的矫治效果明显 ,疗效满意
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified FR Ⅲ functional appliance on angle Ⅲ malocclusion during dentition. Methods 54 patients with angle Ⅲ malocclusion were treated with modified FR Ⅲ functional appliance. The length, width and length of arch of the maxillary model before and after treatment were analyzed and evaluated. Results The maxillary arch length, middle width and arc length of the maxillary arch were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0. 01), and the relationship between lifting and covering of the maxillary arch was normal. Conclusions The modified FR Ⅲ functional appliance has significant effect on Angle Ⅲ malocclusion during dentition, and the curative effect is satisfactory
