附子、当归的抗缺氧作用及对微循环障碍的影响

本文报道了附子-当归注射液及其组成药(附子注射液、当归注射液),对减压及常压缺氧动物的保护作用与常压缺氧动物肠系膜微循环变化的影响。资料分析提示;附子-当归注射液对减压或常压急性缺氧动物具有降低耗氧量、耗氧速率及增强动物对缺氧耐受性的作用(附子注射液、当归注射液也具有同样的作用)。通过对缺氧动物肠系膜微循环的观察表明,缺氧愈严重,微循环的障碍愈显著;最后以红细胞聚集血流停止而告终,以上三种注射液均有稳定血液流态及延缓红细胞聚集的作用。 This article reported the effects of Fuzi-DangGui injection and its constituents (Fuzi injection and DangGui injection) on the protection of hypobaric and normobaric hypoxia animals and the changes of mesenteric microcirculation in normobaric hypoxic animals.
