近几年,全国有不少地方不同程度地实施了医院医学检查互认,即“一单通”。2006年2月24日,卫生部以“卫办医发[2006]32号文”发布了《关于医疗机构间医学检验、医学影像检查互认有关问题的通知》,将地方实践经验上升为全行业意志,由政府进行总结推广。“一单通”的效果究竟如何?在肯定“一单通”积极影响的同时,我们又不得不为其潜在的问题担忧。比如,医院检查检验质量如何统一?互认项目如何界定?对仪器采购会带来什么影响?下面以南京市的情况为例加以说明。
