目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像DWI、ADC值联合动态增强扫描曲线(DCE-MRI)对于腮腺基底细胞腺瘤诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2012年5月到2015年12月之间手术病理证实的17例腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的MRI平扫、DWI及MRI动态增强扫描资料,观察患者的性别、年龄,肿瘤的数目、位置、大小、形态、边界、包膜、MRI信号强度及强化方式,重点测量其ADC值并做统计学分析。结果 17例患者中女性13例,男性4例;年龄36~68岁,均为单发肿瘤,其中左侧8例,右侧9例,14例位于腮腺浅叶,3例位于腮腺深叶;肿瘤直径≤3.6 cm,平均值(2.57±0.64)mm。测量肿瘤的实质部分ADC值,范围为(0.830~1.604)×10-3mm2/s。结论磁共振扩散加权成像DWI、ADC值联合动态增强扫描曲线对腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断提供重要帮助。
Objective To investigate the value of DWI and DCE-MRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid basal cell adenoma. Methods The MRI, DWI and MRI dynamic enhancement data of 17 cases of parotid basal cell adenoma confirmed by surgical pathology from May 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The gender, age, tumor The number, location, size, morphology, boundary, envelope, MRI signal intensity and strengthening methods, focusing on measuring the ADC value and make statistical analysis. Results Thirteen women (13 males and 4 males) were aged from 17 to 68 years old. All of them were single tumors, of which 8 on the left and 9 on the right, 14 in the parotid gland and 3 in the parotid gland; Tumor diameter ≤ 3.6 cm, mean (2.57 ± 0.64) mm. The ADC value of the substantial part of the tumor was measured in the range of (0.830 ~ 1.604) × 10-3mm2 / s. Conclusion DWI and ADC value combined with dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning (DWI) can provide important help in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid basal cell adenoma.
