惯性圆锥破碎机是高效重负荷粉碎设备。与偏心圆锥破碎机相比,具有破碎比大、产品粒度细而均匀、能破碎坚硬物料、在运转中可实现自我保护等特点。除衬板磨损外,其运转的稳定性主要取决于轴套和球面瓦的润滑及磨损状态。本文简单介绍了惯性圆锥破碎机的结构及机理,重点对轴套的润滑及磨耗机理进行力学解析,从轴承的承受能力分析动锥摆动幅度的局限性,并针对轴套磨损状态提出相应的改进措施
