采用NAA、NAA＋IAA、ABT生根粉等植物生长调节剂处理绿竹带蔸主枝进行扦插试验，结果表明，植物生长调节剂处理对绿竹带蔸主枝扦插生根有一定的促进作用。其中促进主枝生根ABT生根粉的效果较好，促进主枝发笋以NAA、NAA＋IAA处理和ABT3＃处理效果较好。以发笋率为指标，筛选出la带蔸主枝，NAA100mg．kg~(-1)浸沾10小时、NAA2000mg．kg~(-1)和ABT3＃2000mg．kg~(-1)浸沾10秒等处理，带蔸主枝打插成活率在59～60％。
NAA, NAA + IAA, ABT rooting powder and other plant growth regulators treatment of the main bamboo shoots of green bamboo cuttings, the results show that the plant growth regulator treatment on the green bamboo 蔸 main branch cutting rooting has some role in promoting. Among them, ABT rooting powder promoted rooting of main branch was better, which promoted NAA, NAA + IAA and ABT3 # treatment of main branch shoots. In order to shoot rate as an index, we selected la belle main branch, NAA100mg. kg ~ (-1) immersion for 10 hours, NAA2000mg. kg ~ (-1) and ABT3 # 2000mg. kg ~ (-1) dip soaked for 10 seconds and other treatment, with the main branch plug with a survival rate of 59 ~ 60%.
