[目的]探讨应用股骨髁部角度钢板固定配合中药外洗对股骨髁部骨折病人的疗效.[方法]对我院1995年12月?2005年6月间治疗的股骨髁部骨折病人进行随访研究.[结果]中药具有明显的消炎止痛,减轻组织粘连,缓解局部症状的作用.[结论]应用角度钢板内固定并配合中药外洗治疗股骨髁部骨折,术后可获得较好的膝关节活动度.“,”Objective: To probe into the curative effect of fixation with angle steel board combined with external washout with traditional Chinese herbs to treat patients with complicated fracture in condyles of femur. Methods: Patients with fracture in condyles of femur treated in our hospital from December 1995 to June 2005 have been followed up. Results: Traditional Chinese herbs have remarkable effect of anti-inflammation and odynolysis, lessening tissue adhesion, and alleviating local symptoms. Conclusion: To apply angle steel board for internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese herbs external washout for patients with fracture in condyles of femur, they can get better activity of knee joint after the operation.
