目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者CD4+T淋巴细胞、皮损组织及血清中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的水平,以及其在CA免疫发病机制中的作用。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)及酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测20例CA患者CD4+T淋巴细胞、皮损组织中及血清IL-17、IFN-γ的水平,并与20名正常人作比较。结果 CA患者CD4+T淋巴细胞中IL-17高于正常对照组(P<0.01),IFN-γ水平也高于正常对照组(P<0.01);皮损组织中IL-17高于正常对照组(P<0.01),同样IFN-γ水平也高于正常对照组(P<0.01);血清中IFN-γ的水平高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-17与正常对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人乳头瘤病毒感染可引起患者细胞免疫功能异常,IFN-γ、IL-17在CA发病机制中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in CD4 + T lymphocytes, lesions and serum in patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) In the role. Methods The levels of CD4 (superscript +) T lymphocytes, tissue and serum IL-17 and IFN-γ in 20 patients with CA were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Name for comparison. Results The level of IL-17 in CD4 + T lymphocytes in CA patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01), and the level of IFN-γ in CA patients was also higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01) (P <0.01), and the same level of IFN-γ was also higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.01). The level of IFN-γ in serum was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection can cause cellular immune dysfunction. IFN-γ and IL-17 may play important roles in the pathogenesis of CA.
