目的探讨超声引导下麦默通(Mammotome)真空微创旋切术在非扪及性乳腺病灶中的诊治价值。方法对58例96处非扪及性乳腺病灶进行高频超声引导下Mammotome(8G)微创旋切术。结果96处非扪及性乳腺病灶均被成功切除。其中乳腺纤维腺瘤76处,乳腺腺病16处,1处为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤,2处为导管原位癌,1处为乳腺浸润性导管癌。9处可疑病灶均明确诊断。每个病灶平均旋切切除12次。每例患者平均手术时间15 min。3例并发皮下淤血。结论超声引导下Mammotome(8G)微创旋切术是非扪及性乳腺病灶首选的诊治方法,病灶切除彻底,创伤小,对可疑病灶能及时明确诊断,对良性疾病兼具治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome vacuum minimally invasive polypectomy in non-palpable breast lesions. Methods Mammotome (8G) minimally invasive polypectomy guided by high frequency ultrasound was performed on 58 cases of non-palpable breast lesions. Results 96 non-palpable breast lesions were successfully removed. Among them, there are 76 breast fibroadenoma, 16 breast adenosis, 1 breast intraductal papilloma, 2 ductal carcinoma in situ and 1 breast invasive ductal carcinoma. 9 suspicious lesions were diagnosed. The average of each lesion excision 12 times. The average operation time per patient was 15 min. 3 cases complicated subcutaneous congestion. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Mammotome (8G) minimally invasive polypectomy is the preferred method of diagnosis and treatment of non-palpable breast lesions. Thoracic resection is complete and the trauma is small. It can diagnose the suspicious lesions in time and have the therapeutic effect on benign diseases.
