在“两个大局”思想的指导下,1999年我国实施了西部大开发战略。如今,实施西部大开发已近8年,西南地区产业结构及其经济发展与开发之前相比较有什么样的变化?偏离-份额分析方法具有较强的综合性和动态性,是研究这个问题的一个有效的方法。本文运用该方法对西部开发前后西南地区经济发展与产业结构及竞争力进行比较分析,并对三次产业进行明细分析,进而为西南地区调整产业结构,增大经济增长效益,促进西南地区经济振兴提供参考。
