用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取重庆地区鱼香草的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对其挥发油成分进行了分析。从中鉴定了36种化学成分,占总挥发油质量的95.353。用面积归一化法测定了各种成分的相对质量,结果表明,重庆地区鱼香草的主要挥发性成分是L-香芹酮(74.767)、β-荜澄茄苦素(3.523)、顺式-香芹醇(2.370)、桉油精(1.856)、黄樟油素(1.850)、D-柠檬烯(1.437)、L-4-松油醇(1.011)等,7种成分质量占总挥发性成分质量的86.814。
The volatile oil from Radix Vannamei in Chongqing was extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE), and its volatile oil components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS). 36 chemical constituents were identified, accounting for 95.353 of the total volatile oil. The relative mass of each component was determined by the area normalization method. The results showed that the main volatile components of P. vanilla contained in Chongqing were L-carvone (74.767), β-limonoid (3.523), cis (2.370), eucalyptol (1.856), safrole (1.850), D-limonene (1.437), L-4- terpineol (1.011) The mass of the ingredient 86.814.
