研究了不同淬火工艺下Cr26型高铬铸铁显微组织变化对力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,材料的宏观硬度与基体显微硬度呈线性变化规律;随脱稳处理温度提高,材料硬度先增加后减小,冲击韧性无明显变化,基体中二次碳化物和马氏体数量不断减少,而初生碳化物和共晶碳化物基本保持不变。除二次碳化物和马氏体数量外,不同热处理温度下获得的马氏体含碳量是影响高铬铸铁硬度变化的关键因素。
The effect of microstructure changes on mechanical properties of Cr26 high chromium cast iron under different quenching process was studied. The results show that the macroscopic hardness of the material changes linearly with the microhardness of the matrix. With the increase of the temperature of the destabilization, the hardness of the material first increases and then decreases, while the impact toughness has no obvious change. The amount of the secondary carbides and martensite continuously increases Decrease, while the primary carbides and eutectic carbides basically remain unchanged. Except for the amount of secondary carbides and martensite, the carbon content of martensite obtained under different heat treatment temperatures is the key factor affecting the hardness of high chromium cast iron.
