J 1113A型卧式冷室压铸机的贮压罐是由两只罐体组成,每只容积100 1,用以贮存高压液体。它上部充氮气,下部为油液,工作压力为100kgf/cm~2。当主机工作时,将高压液体供主机使用,压力在90~100kgf/cm~2之间脉动。贮压罐结构如图1所示。罐体采用20 g无缝钢管,二端焊以20 g碳钢板压成的半球形封头。在制造过程中要求进行严格的材质分析,机械性能测定及裂纹的检查。制成后,根据国标“气瓶安全监察规程”的有关规定进行水压试验、残余变形的测定,并进行爆破试验。爆破试验的真实强度要大于或等于按强度理论公式计算的强度值。 20 g无缝钢管的强度计算数据是: 屈服极限:σ_s>22kgf/mm~2;
