随着用户对起重机械作业要求的逐步提高,单纯依赖设备驾驶员的直觉判断进行作业,已不能满足施工精准性和安全性的要求。例如,起重机械在进行百米高空风电安装时,驾驶员视野受限,需反复操作对位,无法满足精准安装且易发生吊装安全事故。对起重机进行智能化研发并将智能化技术应用在起重机上,能有效预防施工安全隐患,显著提高施工质量。本文在介绍国内外工程机械智能化研究成果的基础上,着重分析了流动式起重机智能化的发展趋势。
With the gradual improvement of user requirements for crane machinery operations, relying solely on the driver’s intuition to operate the machine can no longer meet the requirements of construction accuracy and safety. For example, lifting machinery installed in the 100-meter high-altitude wind power, the driver limited vision, the need to repeatedly operate the alignment, can not meet the precise installation and prone to hoisting safety accidents. Intelligent crane research and development and application of intelligent technology in cranes, construction safety hazards can be effectively prevented, and significantly improve the quality of construction. Based on the introduction of the research achievements of intelligent construction machinery at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the development trend of intelligent mobile crane.
