目的识别、评价和预测某公司印刷品生产建设项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及职业卫生防护设施防护效果,论证该项目职业卫生措施的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法、检查表法和工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果对类比工程正己烷、二氯甲烷、异丙醇、甲醇、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、紫外辐射等危害因素进行检测,各化学毒物检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值要求,合格率为100%;紫外辐射测量结果合格率为25%,噪声测量结果合格率为100%。拟建项目可能产生的职业病危害有正己烷、正戊烷、异戊烷、正庚烷、二氯甲烷、甲醇、异丙醇、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、异佛尔酮、环己酮、乙醛、臭氧、紫外辐射及X射线。预计该项目除紫外辐射强度外,其他职业病危害因素水平符合国家职业卫生接触限值的要求。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目,项目拟采取的职业病危害防护设施和控制措施符合国家职业卫生要求。
Objective To identify, evaluate and predict the types of occupational hazards that may arise in the production process of a print production project of a company, the degree of harm and the protective effect of occupational health protection facilities, and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational health measures in this project. Methods Based on relevant national laws and regulations, the methods of analogy, checklist and engineering analysis were used to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The hazardous chemicals such as hexane, methylene chloride, isopropanol, methanol, toluene, xylene, noise and UV radiation of analog engineering were detected. All the results of chemical poisons test met the requirements of national occupational exposure limits and the pass rate was 100 %; UV radiation measurement results of 25% pass rate, noise measurement results pass rate of 100%. The possible occupational hazards of the proposed project include n-hexane, n-pentane, isopentane, n-heptane, dichloromethane, methanol, isopropanol, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, isophorone and cyclohexanone , Acetaldehyde, ozone, ultraviolet radiation and X-rays. Expected in addition to the project UV intensity, the level of other occupational hazards in line with national occupational health exposure limits. Conclusion This project is a construction project with serious occupational hazards. The protective facilities and control measures for occupational hazards to be taken by the project are in line with the requirements of national occupational health.
