[目的]观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。[方法]采用对照研究,将诊断明确的87例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按诊疗时间随机分成两组。两组同时肌肉注射甲钴胺0.5mg/d治疗。治疗组在此基础上加服以益气养阴,活血通络为主的方药并随症加减治疗。[结果]经过4周的治疗,治疗组显效29例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率为94%。对照组显效8例,有效15例,无效14例,总有效率为62.1%。治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变优于单纯西医治疗。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [Method] With the control study, 87 patients with diagnosed diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of diagnosis and treatment. At the same time two groups of intramuscular injection of methylcobalamin 0.5mg / d treatment. On the basis of the treatment group, the treatment group added a prescription medicine which mainly included Qi-Yin and Huoxuetongluo, and treated with the prescription. [Results] After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group markedly effective in 29 cases, 18 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94%. In the control group, 8 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective and 14 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 62.1%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. [Conclusion] Integrative Medicine is superior to western medicine in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
