目前我国社会工作人才队伍中,既有专业出身的毕业生、教师,又有社会工作服务领域的从业人员,他们共同参与社会工作服务。由于在专业背景、实践经验、薪酬待遇、年龄、阅历等方面存在差异,因此妥善处理三类人才之间的关系并不是件容易的事。而只有三类人才关系融洽,才能形成专业合力,共同推动社会工作实务的开展和专业建设。文中即围绕三类人才关系的处理问题展开讨论。
At present, China’s social workforce includes both graduates and teachers from specialized professions as well as practitioners in the field of social work services, who participate in social work services together. Due to differences in professional background, practical experience, remuneration, age, and experience, it is not easy to properly handle the relationship between the three groups of professionals. Only three kinds of talented people can get in touch with each other and form a professional alliance to jointly promote the implementation of social work practices and professional development. The article is about the handling of the relationship between the three types of personnel to start a discussion.
