维生素E是最老的维生素之一。自Evans(1922)发现并命名生育酚以来,一直受到重视。随着现代科学的发展,现已远远超出“生育酚”的范围而逐步进入若干新的领域。实验证明,维生素E确系人体生长、发育、健康、长寿的必需物质。现就其临床生理药理研究进展作一概述,以供临床参考。(一)化学结构:作为生育酚原系α—、β—、I—、及δ—的混合物。但以α—的活性最强而谓之为维生素E;天然产为d—型,合成品为d1型。维生素E及其酯类具有
