党的十六大提出的全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,符合我国国情和社会主义现代化建设的实际,符合最广大人民的根本利益和愿望,令人鼓舞,催人奋进。历史经验证明,正确的路径选择对于实现发展目标至关重要。在农村,要实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,把“三个代表”重要思想落到实处,必须坚持走生产发展、生活富裕和生态良好的文明发展道路。浙江省奉化市滕头村的发展实践就充分说明了这一点。
The goal set by the 16th National Congress of the CPC in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects meets the actual conditions of our country’s national conditions and the socialist modernization so as to serve the fundamental interests and aspirations of the overwhelming majority of the people and is encouraging and inspiring. Historical experience proves that the right path choice is crucial to achieving the development goals. In rural areas, to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and to implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ we must uphold the road of civilized development featuring productive development, affluent life and sound ecology. The development practice of Tengtou Village in Fenghua City of Zhejiang Province fully illustrates this point.
