对53例正常人和50闽治疗前后的伤寒患者进行血小板参数(PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW)测定比较。结果表明:伤寒患者治疗前PCT、PLT明显低于治疗后(P<0.001),PDW治疗前后无明显差异,MPV治疗前明显高于治疗后(P<0.01)。治疗前伤寒组与正常组比较,除PDW无差异外,其余三项参数均有显著差异(均P<0.01),而治疗后血小板四项参数与正常组比较无统计学意义。
Platelet parameters (PLT, PCT, MPV, PDW) were measured in 53 normal subjects and 50 min in patients with typhoid fever before and after treatment. The results showed that PCT and PLT before typhoid fever were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.001). There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after PDW treatment. The level of MPV before treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.01). Before treatment, the other three parameters of the typhoid fever group were significantly different from those of the normal group (all P <0.01) except PDW. There was no significant difference between the four parameters of the platelet and the normal group after treatment.
