介绍了液固流化床的工作原理,探讨了颗粒在液固流化床中的沉降机理,计算了密度为9.5g/cm3、1.85g/cm3,粒度为0.111mm、0.282mm、0.625mm、1.242mm,容积浓度为0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6时的颗粒在液固流化床中的沉降速度,并运用模拟软件FLUENT验证了上述沉降速度求解的正确性,从而为液固流化床在回收废旧印刷电路板的试验研究中提供了理论基础。
The working principle of the liquid - solid fluidized bed was introduced. The settlement mechanism of the particles in the liquid - solid fluidized bed was discussed.
