恶性肿瘤患者化疗引起的恶心呕吐是降低患者接受化疗顺应性的主要原因。我科于 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 1月 ,应用常州市第二制药厂生产的富米汀 (盐酸恩丹西酮 )注射液治疗化疗中出现的恶心呕吐 ,将其与其它止吐方法进行对比 ,观察结果如下 :临床资料　 60例患者共用 13 8个化 Nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors is the main reason for reducing the patients’ compliance with chemotherapy.
