在相关市场界定中,尽管时间维度的考虑并不像“产品”和“地理”那么普遍,但是由于竞争的动态性、市场支配地位存续的临时性和成本核算的阶段性,反垄断执法机关或者法院应当对其给予足够的重视,尤其在具体案件涉及峰期与非峰期、季节性、产品革新、确定的放松管制等因素时。当反垄断执法机关或者法院在对个案的相关时间市场进行界定时,在遵循“长远发展原则”和“可预期范围内原则”基础上,可以合理地借鉴产品周期理论的相关内容。
