矿山企业在保证生产和安全的前提下,通过一系列生产没备改造和生产班次的协调管理,实施谷时段用电,避峰填谷,是企业节约电费开支、降低采矿成本的有效途径。我矿为一家年生产铁矿石24万 t 左右的小型矿山,由于原有生产工艺及生产设备的局限性,一直无法满足实行峰谷时段用电的要求。我矿自2006年6月开始着手于全矿主要生产设备的改造,特别是对井下排水系统进行了重新设计和验算,使峰谷时段用电得以成功实施,并获得了良好的经济效益。

Since June 2006, our mine has started the renovation of major production facilities in the whole mine. In particular, the underground drainage system has been redesigned and verified. The successful implementation of electricity consumption during the peak and valley periods has achieved good economic benefits.
