我国稀土资源极为丰富。钢中加入稀土可以改善钢的多方面性能,这己为大家所公认,但是加入稀土之后往往产生稀土结瘤,从而造成短锭和钢水报废。因此加稀土钢的水口结瘸问题就成了推广稀土在钢中应用的一个严重障碍。本文在于通过耐火材料的模拟试验和分析一些稀土钢结瘤的样品,对结瘤的原因作一分析。 关于这方面的研究,国内外都有进行归纳起来主要有以下几点: 1.稀土钢结瘤中瘤粉的主要组成物为钢中的夹杂物,即RE_2O)2S或RE_2O_2S与
China’s rare earth resources are extremely rich.
