目的识别、分析和预测某年产30万t合成氨、52万t尿素建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用检查表法、类比法进行综合分析评价。结果根据类比项目检测结果分析,该项目在产品的生产过程、检测维修和原料贮存运输等过程中,可能存在粉尘、噪声、化学毒物、高温等职业病危害因素。粉尘的关键控制点为燃煤贮运和灰渣处理,噪声的关键控制点为燃煤输送和破碎、各类水泵等。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应重点加强粉尘和噪声防护。
OBJECTIVE To identify, analyze and predict the possible occupational hazards and hazards of an annual 300,000 t synthetic ammonia and 520,000 t urea construction projects and put forward the key control points of occupational disease hazards. Methods Using the checklist method and analogy method for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results According to the test results of analogue items, the occupational hazards such as dust, noise, chemical poisons and high temperature may exist in the process of product production, testing, maintenance and raw material storage and transportation. The key control points of dust are storage and transportation of coal and ash, and the key control points of noise are coal transportation and crushing, various types of pumps and so on. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards and should focus on dust and noise protection.
