45U 为 J-55级石油管用钢,其主要内控化学成分为:C0.41~0.49%,Si0.17~0.37%,Mn0.65~0.85%,P、S各≤0.030%。由于我国石油工业的迅速发展,近年来对石油专用管材的质量要求越来越高。石油管的质量,除在钢管轧制过程中执行工艺制度不当而产生部分操作缺陷外,主要取决于管坯钢的质量。本文仅对45U 钢管坯在试生产中出现的主要问题进行探讨,为寻求改善 J-55石油管质量的措施提供线索。
45U for the J-55 grade petroleum pipe steel, the main internal control chemical composition: C0.41 ~ 0.49%, Si0.17 ~ 0.37%, Mn0.65 ~ 0.85%, P, S ≤0.030%. Due to the rapid development of China’s oil industry, the quality requirements for oil-only pipes have become higher and higher in recent years. The quality of the oil pipe, in addition to the implementation of the process in the steel pipe rolling process resulting in improper operation of some of the defects, mainly depends on the quality of the billet. In this paper, only 45U steel billets in the trial production of the main problems are discussed in order to seek ways to improve the quality of J-55 pipe to provide clues.
