卵磷脂-胆固醇酰基转移酶(LCAT)是血浆脂蛋白代谢中关键酶之一,在高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的成熟及胆固醇逆向转运中发挥重要作用。本文观察60例脑梗塞患者急性期和恢复期血浆LCAT活性及脂蛋白含量,并探讨其与脑梗塞的关系。
Lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) is one of the key enzymes in plasma lipoprotein metabolism, which plays an important role in the maturation of HDL and reverse cholesterol transport. This article observed 60 patients with cerebral infarction in acute and convalescent plasma LCAT activity and lipoprotein content, and explore its relationship with cerebral infarction.
