[目的]对一株水稻矮杆突变体的形态特征进行分析,同时进行基因定位。[方法]以一株矮秆突变体(潇湘矮)为研究对象进行形态观察,并以潇湘矮作母本,半矮杆材料湘早143为父本,构建群体进行遗传分析,同时利用微卫星标记进行基因定位。[结果]潇湘矮的平均株高为55cm;遗传分析结果显示所有F1株高偏向于父本,F2群体出现半矮杆植株和矮杆植株,比例接近于3:1性状分离,证实潇湘矮株高性状受1对主效隐性基因控制;将该基因定位于水稻第5染色体上,位于RM249上游,遗传距离为8.4cM。[结论]rRH是一个新的水稻矮杆基因。
[Objective] The morphological characteristics of a rice dwarf mutant were analyzed and gene mapping was performed at the same time. [Method] With a dwarf mutant (Xiaoxiangai) as the research object, the morphological observation was carried out. The genetic analysis was carried out using the Xiaoxiang dwarf female parent and semi-dwarf material Xiangzao 143 as the male parent, and the microsatellite Marking for gene mapping. [Result] The average height of Xiaoxiang low was 55cm. The genetic analysis showed that all the F1 plants were high in favor of the male parent. The F2 population showed semi-dwarf plants and dwarf plants, which were close to the 3: 1 traits. The high trait was controlled by a pair of major recessive genes. The gene was located on chromosome 5 of rice and located upstream of RM249 with a genetic distance of 8.4 cM. [Conclusion] rRH was a new rice dwarf gene.
