植物名称:雪桃。材料类别:休眠芽。培养条件:剪取休眠枝条上的侧芽、顶芽用流水冲洗4～6h,然后用70％酒精表面消毒5min,0.1％氯化汞液消毒10min,无菌水冲洗4～6次,剥去鳞片后接种。均以MS基本培养基为主,蔗糖为1.5％及3.0％,琼脂0.7％,PH6.0,培养温度25±2℃,每天光照12h,光照度1000～15001x。
