当记者几乎天天都要写新闻,若要问一年写了多少新闻,恐怕连自己一下子也回答不出来。别看新闻写得不少,但要获个大奖却真不容易,所以,有的记者把采写出获奖新闻形象地叫做“沙里淘金”。如果每年都能淘点“金”出来,对做记者的来说,可算是可喜可贺之事。我做记者10余年,也淘得一点“金”,这其中1996年采写的《农民出资奖园丁》,荣获河北省好新闻二等奖,奖项虽不算高,但给我的感触却很深。我觉得要写出好的获奖作品,唱好“识金”、“抢金”、“掘金”的“三部曲”必不可少。
