对手术产后新生儿的脑血循环动力学的早期正确估价,有助于提高复苏与综合治疗的效果。但仅靠Apgar评分对窒息后脑血循环状态作出客观评价,仍存在有一定困难。作者对415例手术产后新生儿进行了分析(产钳125例,吸引80例,剖腹产215例)。生后均按Apgar评分法进行评分,检查眼底,并与围产早期临床体征相对照。死亡新生儿均作了脑组织、脑膜、视神经及视网膜的组织形态学检查。产钳组Apgar评分8~10分77例(61.6%),
The early correct assessment of cerebral hemodynamics in post-natal newborn babies helps to improve the effects of resuscitation and comprehensive treatment.
