海外归国人才的技术转移效应近年来引起越来越多的关注,不过鲜有文献在动态框架下研究海归技术转移的微观基础。文章首先构建三阶段动态模型,以“干中学”为核心机制,剖析海归的技能在企业内转移及企业间扩散的微观基础与过程。然后运用2003~2012年中国792家民营上市企业的非平衡面板数据,对海归的技术转移效应进行检验和评估,结果证实我国的海归高管在雇佣期间具有技术转移效应,而且在滞后效应、创新效应及社会网络效应的作用下,雇佣结束后对于所在企业的技术进步仍具有持续的正向影响。
In recent years, the technology transfer effect of returnees overseas has attracted more and more attention. However, there is little literature to study the micro-foundation of the technology transfer of returnees under the dynamic framework. First of all, the article constructs a three-stage dynamic model, focusing on “learning by doing ” as the core mechanism and analyzes the microscopic foundation and process of the transfer of returnees’ skills in the enterprise and between enterprises. Then using the unbalanced panel data of 792 private listed companies in China from 2003 to 2012, we test and evaluate the technology transfer effect of returnees. The results show that our country’s returnees have the technology transfer effect during the employment period, but also have the lag effect and innovation Effect and social network effect, there is still a continuous positive impact on the technological progress of the enterprises where the employment is completed.
