以文化的视角观照民族贫困地区农村基础教育的课程,认为:在少数民族文化中强烈的民族自尊影响下,他们自觉地将地方文化尤其是少数民族文化纳入了课程内容之中;而贫困文化的自卑心理却使他们的课程目标异化为对走出农村“升官发财”的追求。另一方面,受农村文化中保守观念的影响,新课程始终不能深入民族贫困地区农村基础教育的整个实践过程之中,其课程实施文化是盲从的,课程评价文化也具有封闭性。
From the perspective of culture, we can see the course of basic education in rural areas in poverty-stricken ethnic areas. They think: under the influence of strong ethnic self-esteem in minority cultures, they consciously incorporate local cultures, especially ethnic minorities, into their curricula; Inferiority psychology has alienated their curricular goals into the quest for getting out of the countryside. On the other hand, under the influence of conservative ideas in rural culture, the new curriculum can not always go deep into the whole process of rural basic education in ethnic poverty-stricken areas. The curriculum implementation culture is blind obedience and the curriculum evaluation culture is also closed.
