1 引言当今世界随着高新技术的迅猛发展,使军民两用的界线越来越不可分,从根本上改变了军用技术水平高于民用技术水平、军用产品要求严于民用产品要求的状态。发展两用技术、优先采用满足军事需求的民用产品、军民标准的趋同是世界军事装备领域的重要动向。
1 INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of new and high technology in today’s world, the boundary between military and civilian use is becoming increasingly inseparable. This has fundamentally changed the level of military technology above that of civilian technology and the requirements of military products are stricter than the requirements of civilian products. The development of dual-use technologies will give priority to the use of civilian products that meet the military needs. The convergence of military and civilian standards is an important trend in the field of military equipment in the world.
