The first edition of the book was written shortly after Stalin’s death. Since then, the world communist movement has undergone tremendous changes and many major events have taken place. In response to these changes and incidents, the author of the republication made substantial changes on the basis of the first edition and added two chapters to deal with the incidents. The book 432 pages, in addition to the second edition of the preamble, introduction, bibliography and index, the main content is divided into eighteen chapters.
