设计策划对设计类企业的发展有着至关重要的作用,它是对设计环境进行系统的调研、分析,通过创造性的思维,有效整合设计资源以制订出各类设计方案,并从中选取具有合理性、可行性方案的过程。文章通过对不同类型设计企业的设计策划进行对比研究,期望对设计企业的成长提供必要的借鉴,也期望对知识体系的构建提供科学的依据。
