以空空导弹的近炸引信为例,研究了一类成败型产品的可靠性试验方法,包括挂飞和自主飞行试验剖面的设计、试验方案设计和试验结果的评估方法。这种试验方法可以推广应用于以任务成功概率为指标的其它相似产品的可靠性试验。
Taking the near-miss fuze of air-to-air missiles as an example, the reliability test methods of a kind of successful or failed products are studied, including the design of the test profiles for pilot-in-flight and autonomous flight tests, the design of test schemes and the evaluation methods of test results. This test method can be applied to the reliability test of other similar products with the probability of success of the task as an index.
