用惠斯顿电桥原理工作的半导体压力传感器是近十年来发展的先进压力传感器。但是它对环境溫度变化很敏感兄瞥鲂阅芎虾跻蟮牟繁匦虢饩龊脺囟炔钩ノ暑}。常用的方法是用无源电阻网络。在精度要求高时,这种补偿方法常不能滿足要求。这里介绍一种有源线性电路进行溫度补偿的方法,精度可以达到0.001%。整个放大电路如下图所示。虛线框内是溫度补偿电路。
The semiconductor pressure sensor working with the principle of Wheatstone bridge is an advanced pressure sensor developed in the past ten years. However, it is very sensitive to changes in ambient temperature, so it is very sensitive to temperature changes in the environment. The common method is to use a passive resistor network. In the high precision requirements, this compensation often can not meet the requirements. Here is an active linear circuit for temperature compensation method, the accuracy can reach 0.001%. The entire amplifier circuit as shown below. The dashed box is the temperature compensation circuit.
