同志们: 这次全国血防工作会议是继去年在南昌召开的湖区五省省长血防工作会议之后,国务院召开的第二次血防工作会议。会议期间,大家考察了疫区现场,查看了螺情,访问了病人;刘中一同志、吴官正同志分别代表国务院和湖区五省作了总结报告;各省的同志介绍了防治工作情况;讨论了全国和湖区五省综合治理血吸虫病“八五”规划;研究了血防领导管理体制和血防投入问题。同志们反映,这次会议目标明确,问题比较集中,会议开得很好,达到了预期目的。
