专业化大批量生产标准紧固件,一般都是采用冷镦工艺。冷镦模具的设计,直接影响到产品质量和成本。冷镦模具的设计,除了合理选择钢材外,还要考虑两个因素:一是为了使线材达到合理的变形程度,制造出质量好的产品,要考虑模具形腔的正确设计;二是为了提高模具寿命,达到充分利用优质模具钢材,必须设计合理的模具结构,核算模具强度。本文从冷镦模具强度角度分析设计合理的模具结构问题。
