研究了麦草烧碱-蒽醌法蒸煮过程中甲醇发生量与用碱量、蒸煮最高温度、升温时间和保温时间等蒸煮工艺参数以及卡伯值之间的数学关系。结果表明,在实验范围内,甲醇发生量与上述蒸煮工艺参数都有较好的线性相关关系;甲醇发生量随着卡伯值的降低而逐渐增加,当卡伯值为14~23之间时,甲醇发生量与卡伯值之间有较好的线性相关关系。该数学关系可以对麦草烧碱-蒽醌法蒸煮过程中的甲醇发生量进行较好的预测。
The mathematical relationship between the amount of methanol produced during cooking with caustic soda-anthraquinone and the cooking parameters such as the amount of caustic soda, the maximum cooking temperature, the heating time and the holding time, and the kappa number were studied. The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the amount of methanol produced and the cooking parameters in the experimental range. The amount of methanol increased with the decrease of kappa number. When the kappa number was between 14 and 23 There was a good linear relationship between the amount of methanol and kappa number. The mathematical relationship can be better predicted wheat straw caustic soda - anthraquinone cooking process of methanol volume.
