笔者通过多年的药品质量监督工作,发现不少医、药单位,切制的中药饮片不规范,“连刀”、“败片”、“炸心”,屡见不鲜。同一种药品的饮片,厚薄不一,规格不同,有厚片、薄片、块、(丰殳)相掺,有的甚至失去饮片形状,变成粉末。如此状况,有何危害性呢?笔者想就此试述孔见,谨与同行商磋。笔者认为,不规范的中药饮片,至少有以下危害性: 1 严重影响中药的炮制质量及疗效中药素有一药多效之能,含有多种有效成分,具有多方面的生理作用。中药性能学说又
