为贯彻落实《中国石油思想政治工作保障体系建设的意见》,宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司(以下简称“公司”)开展了“学习型、创新型、服务型”(以下简称“三型”)机关建设活动。在此基础上,紧密结合党的群众路线教育实践活动,进一步深化“三型”机关创建活动,在全公司各级机关全面开展了星级机关创建活动,并制定和推行了《机关部门“三增四强五做到”月度报表》,有效地解决了当前各行各业在加强作风建设中存在的创建热情高、但创建效果不明显的现象。
In order to implement the Opinions on the Construction of the Security System for Ideological and Political Work in China’s Petroleum Industry, Baoji Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) conducted the “Learning, Innovative and Service-oriented” (hereinafter referred to as “ Three types ”) organs construction activities. On this basis, in close connection with the education and practical activities of the mass line of the party, we further deepen the creation of “three-type” organs and fully launched the establishment of star-level organs at all levels of the whole company and formulated and implemented the “ ”Three plus four Fulfillment “ Monthly Report ”, effectively solves the current enthusiasm in all walks of life in strengthening the construction of work, but the effect is not obvious to create the phenomenon.
